¿Qué harás?

Práctica en el Área Legal

Apoyarás al equipo legal en la elaboración y revisión de documentos, investigaciones jurídicas, capacitaciones internas y actividades de monitoreo para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo. También colaborarás en tareas operativas como organización de contratos y archivo documental.

Práctica en Recursos Humanos

Participarás en procesos clave como onboarding, comunicación interna, gestión documental, voluntariados, eventos de HR y soporte administrativo. Además, apoyarás iniciativas de cultura y engagement, siendo un punto de contacto para los colaboradores.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

Para Legal:

• Estudiante de Derecho en búsqueda de práctica laboral full time.

• Inglés avanzado.

• Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office.

• Atención al detalle, proactividad y disposición para aprender.

Para Recursos Humanos:

• Estudiante de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología o carreras afines.

• Inglés intermedio.

• Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).

• Conocimiento en herramientas digitales para creación de contenido.

• Compromiso, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
