**Job Description**:
- Apoyar al departamento de Recursos Humanos, administrar y mantener actualizada la base de datos de los empleados, apoyando todos los procesos de HR de bienestar y el onboarding de nuevos empleados
- Misión- Formar un(una) futuro(a) profesional competente para el mercado, donde tenga conocimientos amplios de diferentes áreas de Recursos Humanos.- Requerimientos:
- Estudiante de últimos semestres de su pregrado en psicología, administración de empresas queremos que seas muy creativo, indispensable conocimientos avanzados del idioma inglés, organización, proactividad, administración de documentos, iniciativa, comunicación asertiva, aprendizaje continuo, responsabilidad y trabajo en equipo.-
- Disponibilidad de hacer la práctica con nosotros por 1 año
- Inglés avanzado.
- Conocimiento en Excel Intermedio
- Programas Básicos de diseño- (#LI-AG2)
