Objetivo del cargo:

Gestionar el area de investigacion y desarrollo de los diferentes usos inmobiliarios (Residencial, comercial, hotel, rentas cortas, salud, parques industriales, entre otros) . Dirigir y controlar todas las actividades relacionadas con el alcance de cada entregable. Analisis de ubicacion, analisis de demanda, analisis de oferta, analisis de trafico,analisis de competidores/referentes, analisis de precios, analisis de mezcla comercial, analisis de formatos inmobiliarios, analisis de area optima arrendable, entre otros.. Participar en la conceptualizacion de proyectos inmobiliarios en lso diferentes territorios de Colombia y paises de latam. Definir las oportunidades y restos de mercado a traves de datos. Estructurar y desarrollar los entregables y consultorias inmobiliarias a traves de analisis de tendencias, referentes, variables cuantitativas, variables cualitativas, trabajo de campo, entre otras. Definir las oportunidades inmobiliarias a traves del analisis y conexion de todas las variables de oferta, demanda y mercado.

Funciones:

Gestionar todas las herramientas tecnologicas para capturar data del mercado inmobiliario y convertirlo en recomendaciones utiles para diagnosticar y diseñar productos inmobiliarios. (clave)

Crear presentaciones que sintenticen las oportunidades y retos encontrados en el analisis de datos inmobiliarios. Clave la buena redaccion, coherencia de los mensaje y la economia del lenguaje

Realizar cronogramas detallados de actividades por proyecto, definiendo duracion y responsable.

Desarrollar metodologias de analisis que permitan identificar las diferentes oportunidades inmobiliarias de manera concreta y eficiente

Participar en la definición de nuevos modelos de negocios

Investigar y monitorear constantemente la competencia y el entorno para identificar oportunidades de mejora

Conocimientos:

Cartografia DANE, SUI, POT,

Qgis, Here maps, Google maps, Google analytics, ArcGis, Excel, power point, AI, chat GPT, Power Point, Canvas, Excel, Gerencia de Proyectos

Profesional en estadistica, economia, Ingenieria, otros
