What you'll do

  • Audits oversight, monitoring compliance, and recommending controls & improvements. 
  • Managing Process improvements & executing PIs that require change management
  • Program Management support of BAU cycles - continuous improvement, make sure they're run on time & with accuracy
  • People team Tools management & troubleshooting 

What we're looking for

  • Strong project / program management skills: planning, tracking, coordinating multiple projects & stakeholders, detail oriented & organized
  • Process design and improvements: identify inefficiencies, big  proactive problem solver
  • Change agent: ability to execute process changes & drive adoption across teams
  • Experience with reporting, data validation, or compliance processes
