LatAm - Lead DevOps Engineer AWS

We currently have a career opportunity for a DevOps Engineer AWS  to join our team located in LATAM.

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will oversee and actively participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. In your leadership role, you will guide and mentor team members, collaborate with solution architects to define technical strategies, and ensure development activities align with project goals and best practices. You will also take ownership of key technical decisions and foster a collaborative team environment.

• Lead and implement infrastructure projects using AWS services, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and automation.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, test, and deployment.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to provision and maintain cloud resources.
• Manage AWS Kubernetes environments using Helm charts and Docker.
• Develop scripts or tools in Python or Java to automate processes and validate custom components or data connectors.
• Monitor infrastructure using CloudWatch and ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior engineers in DevOps best practices.

•Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, including Networking, Security, IAM, and CloudWatch.

•Experience with IaC tools: Terraform or Ansible.

•Experience working with AWS Kubernetes (EKS), Docker files, and Helm charts.

•Strong experience automating CI/CD pipelines.

•Programming skills in Java or Python for automation and integration tasks.

Nice to Have
Experience managing infrastructure for Alfresco or other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems.
