Propósito del Puesto
El Account Coordinator apoyará al Account Director o al Account Manager y al equipo en general en la coordinación eficiente de proyectos. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con proveedores, equipos internos y partes interesadas externas (cliente), asegurando que los proyectos se gestionen con calidad, precios competitivos y cumplimiento de plazos, incluso en contextos de alto volumen y complejidad.
Responsabilidades prioritarias
- Apoyar en la recopilación de requisitos, elaboración de resúmenes creativos y gestión de producción, manteniendo actualizados los estados de los proyectos asignados.
- Colaborar con los equipos internos para garantizar la entrega puntual de campañas y proyectos.
- Apoyar al Director o Gerente de Cuentas en la preparación de recomendaciones, actualizaciones y presentaciones clave.
- Elaborar presupuestos y presentaciones para proyectos estratégicos.
- Ejecutar la producción conforme a los procesos operativos establecidos.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los interlocutores comerciales del cliente.
- Preparar informes de estado de proyectos activos para revisión interna.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SLA (Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio) y los KPI (Indicadores Clave de Desempeño), tanto del cliente como internos.
- Registrar especificaciones, presupuestos, órdenes de compra y facturas en el sistema interno de adquisiciones, manteniendo actualizados los datos clave.
Conocimientos, Habilidades+Experiencia.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia profesional en agencias, marketing o atención al cliente.
- Título universitario en áreas relacionadas.
- Atención al detalle y habilidades comprobadas en gestión de proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para interactuar con perfiles senior.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
- Mentalidad emprendedora y orientación a resultados.
- Experiencia en entornos dinámicos y de alta exigencia.
