Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Bogotá office and provide administrative and operational support. This role focuses on ensuring the office operates efficiently, safely, and consistently, while supporting operational needs and internal processes. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem solver, detail-oriented, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment, independently managing administrative, facilities, logistics, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the efficient operation of the Bogotá office through administrative, operational, logistics, and facilities-related tasks.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

• Provide daily operational support to the office management team and assist as needed. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper functioning of all office facilities, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Manage office supplies inventory, purchasing processes, and relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Support compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as emergency preparedness protocols.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the People team related to personnel management.

• Support the management of complex or sensitive matters requiring executive-level attention.

• Assist with maintenance and repair activities for office facilities and equipment.

• Coordinate with facilities vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues. Conduct periodic inspections to identify, assess, and resolve maintenance and operational needs.

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher mandatory.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Availability to work fully on-site with 100 percent office attendance.

Nice to Have / Desirable Qualifications

• Previous experience in fast-growing companies, scale-ups, or startup environments. Internships or entry-level roles are acceptable.

• Knowledge of vendor management, contract coordination, and facilities operations.

• Experience coordinating office moves, expansions, or the setup of new office spaces.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards, emergency protocols, and workplace compliance.
