Hoy estamos buscando un(a) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – Trafficker Digital, alguien que quiera asumir nuevos retos, aportar con su experiencia y crecer junto a un equipo que impulsa la transformación digital en Colombia.

Requisitos

 Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Diseño, Comunicación Social,  Publicidad,   Negocios Internacionales, Mercadeo o carreras  afines.

  • Experiencia comprobada como Trafficker Digital y en la gestión de campañas SEM en entornos B2B. (Mínimo 3 años)
  • Mínimo tres  años ejecutando labores de SEM y/o Marketing Digital con enfoque en  resultados.
  • Dominio de plataformas como Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot.
  • Habilidades blandas: análisis y orientación a datos, atención al detalle y control de       calidad (QA), organización, aprendizaje continuo en IA, trabajo en equipo y comunicación asertiva.
Funciones
  • Planear, ejecutar y optimizar campañas B2B en Search, Social y Programática usando IA nativa (Smart Bidding, Advantage+, PMax, audiencias predictivas) para aumentar visibilidad, leads y ROI.
  • Operar y optimizar Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads y Meta Ads.
  • Aplicar IA para segmentación, pujas y creatividades dinámicas.
  • Ejecutar pruebas A/B de anuncios, copys y landings.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC) y reportar resultados en GA4 / Power BI.
  • Asegurar correcta gestión de UTMs y naming convention.
  • Coordinar con diseño, contenidos y automatización para asegurar campañas de alto impacto.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas orientadas al desempeño y la eficiencia.
Formación y plus
  • Formación: técnico/tecnólogo o profesional en Mercadeo y afines.
  • Cursos en Marketing Digital, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs y GA4.
  • Deseable: DV360, HubSpot/Marketo y automatización con IA.
