Funciones del puesto:

  • Definir objetivos claros y alcanzables para los proyectos.
  • Crear y gestionar planes de proyecto, cronogramas y presupuestos.
  • Supervisar el ciclo de vida del proyecto (iniciación, planificación, ejecución, monitoreo y cierre).
  • Liderar equipos de desarrollo, QA, infraestructura, entre otros.
  • Facilitar la colaboración entre equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Resolver conflictos y garantizar un entorno de trabajo productivo.
  • Comunicar el progreso del proyecto a las partes interesadas.
  • Traducir requisitos de negocio en especificaciones técnicas.
  • Asegurar la alineación de expectativas entre equipos y stakeholders.
  • Supervisar entregables para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
  • Implementar metodologías de gestión (ágil, waterfall, híbridas, etc.).

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Conocimientos sólidos en herramientas de gestión de proyectos: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMBOK).
  • Conocimientos básicos en tecnologías de desarrollo (programación, bases de datos, infraestructura en la nube).
  • Capacidad para realizar análisis de datos y preparar informes.

Formación y Certificaciones

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Maestría en Gestión de Proyectos, Tecnología de la Información o MBA (deseable).

Experiencia laboral

  • 5 años de experiencia como Project Manager en proyectos tecnológicos
