Descripción del puesto
Como HSE Senior Officer, serás responsable de implementar, supervisar y mejorar las políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medioambiente en nuestras operaciones. Tendrás la tarea de liderar inspecciones, auditorías, capacitaciones de personal y garantizar el cumplimiento normativo en todas las operaciones. Además, trabajaremos juntos para fomentar una cultura organizativa de prevención y seguridad. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.

Requisitos

  • Conocimientos avanzados en Salud Ocupacional, Salud y Seguridad en el Trabajo, y Medioambiente (EHS).
  • Experiencia en implementación y supervisión de políticas de Seguridad y Salud en el lugar de trabajo, así como en la gestión de riesgos.
  • Formación en normatividad en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo son altamente valoradas.
  • Aptitudes adicionales como la capacidad para realizar auditorías internas, gestionar equipos, y ofrecer capacitaciones serán una ventaja.
