Your Role

As a Senior QA Manual, you will lead and implement testing strategies that ensure our products meet the highest standards for functionality, usability, and reliability. You will be deeply involved throughout the product lifecycle, from analyzing requirements to preparing detailed documentation and guiding quality best practices.

• Analyze use cases to define actors, interaction diagrams, and behavior flows across systems.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements, reusable components, and screen design changes.
• Specify requirements based on identified use cases for the solution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify design elements that can be reused and changes needed in application interfaces.
• Define and implement test strategies and plans based on requirement analysis (with leader approval).
• Identify reusable tests and candidates for automation.
• Execute qualification, regression, and maintenance tests while managing incident tracking and reporting.
• Prepare test environments and data, validate infrastructure readiness, and analyze errors via logs and debugging tools.
• Acquire knowledge needed to manage the test environment and apply patches or version upgrades.
• Generate and maintain all documentation associated with testing, requirements, progress, KPIs, and release notes.
• Create and maintain test databases and update all impacted documentation following system changes.
• Act as a knowledge leader, supporting peers and contributing to peer reviews and QA mentoring.
• Be a reference in requirements analysis and testing best practices, and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, information security standards, and business continuity protocols.
• Promote and adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies through participation in training, simulations, and audits.

Who You Are

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of overall experience in software quality assurance, including 4+ years in manual testing roles.
• Skilled in test strategy design, requirement analysis, and creation of functional/non-functional test cases.
• Experience specifying, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements.
• Hands-on experience preparing test environments, executing tests, and documenting results.
• Familiar with analyzing logs, debugging tools, and identifying system errors.
• Solid understanding of reusable test cases and identifying automation opportunities.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to follow up on KPIs, compliance, and release notes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving mindset.
• Bonus: experience in test automation (basic scripting or collaboration with automation engineers).
