Senior Data Analyst

Position Summary

The
Senior Data Analyst
is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. This role combines advanced analytical capabilities, data modeling expertise, and business acumen to drive efficiency, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating large datasets, automating reporting pipelines, and communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • .Leverage SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • .Develop scalable automation processes to reduce manual reporting and increase analytical accuracy

  • gWork cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance, Operations, and Technology to understand business challenges
  • .Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and measurable impact
  • .Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best-practice documentation and process standardization
