A global supply chain solutions company is seeking a Operations Analyst to support the end-to-end execution of logistics contracts and ensure the timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of goods. This role plays a critical part in monitoring daily contract delivery positions, coordinating with high-profile clients and hauliers, and safeguarding product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across international logistics flows.

What we offer

  • Indefinite-term employment contract
  • Monthly salary range: COP 4,000,000 – 4,500,000
  • Location: Medellín | El Poblado
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
  • Opportunity to work with global clients and complex logistics operations

Essential requirements

  • Business-level fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Advanced IT proficiency, particularly in Excel
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Key responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day execution of logistics contracts concluded by the Front Desk team
  • Coordinate with clients, hauliers, surveyors, ship owners, agents, and insurers to fulfil contract requirements
  • Monitor shipment progress, track goods in transit, and resolve issues to avoid delays
  • Prepare, maintain, and update shipment documentation in electronic and physical formats
  • Issue routing information and shipping instructions to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
  • Appoint and coordinate cargo surveyors at loading and discharge points when required
  • Assist with booking and negotiating haulage and freight services
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet performance targets and organisational objectives
