Your Mission:

1. Be a Problem Solver: Dive deep into complex technical issues, dissect them, and come up with solutions that keep our organization running smoothly.
2. Become a Tech Guru: Support our technical teams by leveraging a variety of technologies like Java, Microsoft SQL Server, PowerShell, C++, scripting and Cloud technologies.
3. Master the Art of Client Interaction: Get to know our clients, understand their goals, introduce them to new products and technologies, and keep them informed about current market trends and challenges in the payments industry.
4. Take Charge of Databases and Configurations: Keep our databases up-to-date and manage configurations to ensure smooth operations.
5. Test and Report: Get hands-on experience with software installations, conduct technical testing, and create reports that drive improvements.
6. Analyze and Gather Requirements: Help us understand our clients better by assisting in gathering and analyzing their requirements.
7. Set Up Demo Environments: Play a crucial role in setting up demo environments that allow our solutions consultants to showcase our offerings to prospects and customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Training: Focus and spend necessary time learning about ACI products
2. Teamwork: Work with the project team to fix product issues and suggest alternative solutions. Regularly update Technical Consultants and managers about your work.
3. Help Customers: Assist customers in using our products successfully.
4. Risk Management: Help in taking necessary steps for possible risk reduction and contingencies. Learn to identify the information needed to understand a risk or business situation, and ask the right questions to get that information.
5. Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks as needed.
6. Follow Company Policies: Understand and follow all company policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: 

Should be in final year of Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: 

• Computer Science
• Information Technology/Systems/Management
• Cybersecurity
• Data Science & Analytics
• Mathematics

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job: 

• Should have verbal and written command over English language (advanced/fluent)
• Windows, Unix/Linux experience

Experience with programming language.

Work Environment:

• Standard work environment
• Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.)
• Will be required to work from an ACI office location.
• International and/or Domestic travel may be required.
