To support our expansion into the United States, we are hiring a fully remote
Recruiter Specialist based in Bogotá
, responsible for building and strengthening SilverBack's US talent database. This is a strategic, market-building role that will directly support the successful launch and growth of our US operations.

The Purpose of This Role

You will help build the foundation of SilverBack's US market by developing a high-quality, structured and scalable talent database, supporting both live roles and long-term US delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and map US-based construction & infrastructure professionals
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines across multiple disciplines
  • Add and maintain verified data in SilverBack's CRM system
  • Support live roles with fast, accurate shortlists
  • Engage candidates and support market insight activities
  • Work closely with Consultants in Europe and the US

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Recruiter or Resourcer
  • Strong LinkedIn and internet sourcing skills
  • High attention to detail and data quality
  • Excellent written English
  • Comfortable working remotely to targets and deadlines
  • Based in Bogotá with stable internet setup

Experience in technical, construction or international recruitment, and CRM/ATS systems is a plus, but not essential.
