Descripción del Puesto

Punto de contacto para los clientes: proporciona información oportuna y precisa sobre envíos y entregas, y resuelve problemas logísticos. Este puesto requiere sólidas habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para resolver problemas y una mentalidad centrada en el cliente.

Funciones:

  • Atender llamadas entrantes de clientes en español relacionadas con envíos, entregas, estado de pedidos, devoluciones y consultas logísticas.
  • Proporcionar actualizaciones en tiempo real sobre el estado de los envíos, retrasos y plazos de entrega.
  • Coordinarse con los departamentos internos (almacén, despacho, transporte) para resolver los problemas de los clientes.
  • Documentar con precisión las interacciones, los problemas y las resoluciones de los clientes en los sistemas/herramientas internos de UPS.
  • Colaborar con el seguimiento y las modificaciones según sea necesario.
  • Escalar los problemas complejos al departamento correspondiente.
  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los servicios, políticas y procedimientos logísticos de la empresa.
  • Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente mediante un servicio profesional y eficiente.

Habilidades y Requisitos

  • Diploma de bachillerato o equivalente.
  • Se valora la experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en puestos relacionados con logística.
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Dominio de sistemas telefónicos, plataformas CRM y software de logística o envíos.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, mantenerse organizado y gestionar el tiempo eficazmente.
  • Habilidades para la resolución de problemas y una actitud positiva y orientada al cliente.
  • Inglés Básico / Intermedio.

Horario:

Disponibilidad para trabajar en la siguiente franja horaria:

  • Lunes a viernes: entre las 6:00 a. m. y las 11:00 p. m.
  • Sábados: entre las 7:00 a. m. y las 6:00 p.m
  • 44 Horas semanales.
  • Transporte incluido para jornada nocturna.
