Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a Business Consultant 3, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing business processes, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients across various industries.

  • Lead complex consulting projects from inception to successful implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and business value delivery
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives
  • Perform advanced data analysis and financial modeling to support decision-making processes
  • Develop and present compelling business cases, reports, and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge advice to clients
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for expanding our service offerings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with relevant methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and business process optimization
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and best practices
  • Experience in change management and implementing organizational transformations
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in consulting practices
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
