Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based immigration law firm seeking a Business Immigration Consultant to assist with business immigration case preparation. This role is ideal for someone experienced with U.S. visa categories such as E2 investor visas and L1 intercompany transferees, who can work independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.

The consultant will collaborate closely with the attorney, managing documentation, timelines, and client files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize documentation for E2, L1, and other business immigration visa categories.

  • Maintain client files and ensure all required materials are complete and up to date.

  • Coordinate with the attorney to collect and verify necessary information.

  • Manage deadlines and follow up on pending case materials.

  • Ensure clear communication and organization throughout each case process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in U.S. business immigration law, particularly with E2 and L1 visas.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Availability during U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using immigration case management systems.

  • Prior work supporting attorneys or legal teams remotely.

  • Knowledge of visa documentation and compliance standards.
