Position Overview:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing an integrated marketing engine that supports the firm's growth goals. You will manage the firm's online presence, create compelling content, and run performance-driven ad campaigns—all while aligning closely with sales and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Manage and grow the firm's presence across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with firm goals and campaigns.
- Engage with comments, messages, and community in a professional, brand-aligned manner.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and continuously optimize for ROI.
- Coordinate ad messaging with sales and intake priorities.
Content Creation
- Create and oversee content including short-form videos, graphics, written posts, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to translate legal topics into accessible, client-friendly content.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs (leads, conversions, engagement, CPA, ROI)
- Test, analyze, and iterate on content and ad strategies based on performance data.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, short-form video, and basic design)
- Experience managing ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in legal, professional services, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
