Senior / Lead / Manager Data EngineerJoin a High-Impact Data Engineering Team

We're looking for Senior Data Engineers, Lead Data Engineers, and Data Engineering Managers to join a fast-growing data team building scalable, production-grade data platforms. If you enjoy solving complex data problems, working with large-scale systems, and influencing how data products are built, this role is for you.

This is a hands-on opportunity with real ownership, modern tooling, and strong technical leadership impact.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines.
  • Consolidate, standardize, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and optimize data warehouse solutions that power multiple products.
  • Implement automated data quality checks, monitoring, and best practices.
  • Build and improve shared tools and libraries to accelerate data ingestion and development.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data teams.
  • Review code, contribute to architecture discussions, and drive engineering standards.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

At Senior & Lead levels:

  • Mentor and support other data engineers.
  • Lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.

At Manager level:

  • Lead and support a team of data engineers while remaining hands-on.
  • Set priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Coach team members, provide continuous feedback, and support career growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in Data Engineering roles.
  • Advanced skills in SQL.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience working with APIs, structured, and unstructured data.
  • Experience processing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience with data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake or VMWare Greenplum.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading projects or teams.
  • Knowledge of DataOps best practices.
  • Experience delivering SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Azure.
  • Retail or high-volume data experience.
