Tu misión como Manager of Customer Success será Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de Customer Success, asegurando la satisfacción, retención y expansión de los clientes, maximizando el valor entregado por la compañía. Lo que harás
- Definir e implementar la estrategia global de Customer Success.Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Customer Success Managers.
- Gestionar la relación con clientes estratégicos.
- Definir e implementar métricas de NPS, churn y satisfacción.
- Colaborar con Producto y Ventas para alinear expectativas del cliente.
- Crear estrategias de up-selling y cross - selling.
- Asegurar procesos de onboarding exitosos para clientes.
- Escalar y resolver incidentes críticos de clientes.
- Presentar reportes de KPIs al equipo de liderazgo.
- Diseñar programas de fidelización y advocacy.
- Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o afines. Posgrado/MBA deseable.
- 4+ años en áreas de Customer Success, Account Management o Consultoría
- Plataformas de CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
- Customer Journey Mapping.
- Metodologías de gestión de clientes estratégicos.
- Análisis de KPIs de clientes.
