Técnico de Soporte de Hardware y Software - Bogotá
En Tu Consultor TI seguimos creciendo y buscamos un talento técnico apasionado por la tecnología y la resolución de problemas para unirse a nuestro equipo en uno de nuestros centros de servicio en Bogotá.
Objetivo del cargo
Serás el responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de cómputo de nuestros clientes, brindando diagnósticos precisos, reparaciones de alta calidad y una asesoría excepcional.
Responsabilidades Principales
Diagnóstico y Reparación: Identificar fallas y reparar equipos portátiles y de escritorio de diversas marcas (Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Apple, etc.).
Intervención de Hardware: Cambio de pantallas, teclados, bisagras, reemplazo de discos duros y ampliación de memoria RAM.
Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo: Limpieza física interna, cambio de pasta térmica y optimización de componentes.
Software y Sistemas: Formateo de equipos, instalación y configuración de sistemas operativos (Windows/macOS), drivers y software corporativo o de diseño.
Soporte Técnico: Resolución de problemas de lentitud, virus o errores de sistema.
Asesoría al Cliente: Explicar de forma clara los fallos encontrados y recomendar las mejores opciones de mejora o actualización según las necesidades del usuario final.
Requisitos y Perfil
- Experiencia: Mínima de 1 a 2 años en cargos similares (comprobable).
Conocimientos Técnicos:
Dominio avanzado en ensamble y desensamble de diferentes marcas de portátiles.
Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico de hardware.
Conocimiento en clonación de discos y migración de información.
Deseable: Conocimientos básicos en electrónica (soldadura básica o detección de cortos).
Habilidades Blandas: Excelente comunicación, honestidad, orden en el puesto de trabajo y capacidad de trabajar bajo metas de entrega.
Condiciones Laborales
Ubicación: 100% presencial en centro de servicio (Bogotá).
Horario: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm. Sábados de 9:00 am a 1:00 pm.
Contrato: Término indefinido
Salario: Prestaciones de ley.
