We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who truly understands AI and modern technology—and wants to shape how the world understands what we build.

The Role

This is not a "post on social media and call it marketing" role.

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who can own marketing end-to-end and grow with the company. You will work closely with the founders, product, and sales teams to transform complex AI and computer vision technology into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with real customers.

This role requires both big-picture thinking and strong execution.

What You'll Do

  • Own and lead Hummingbirds AI's overall marketing strategy
  • Translate complex AI, computer vision, and security concepts into clear, accessible messaging
  • Define positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market strategies across products and segments
  • Lead content creation across channels (website, LinkedIn, sales decks, one-pagers, case studies)
  • Support sales with strong narratives, materials, and enablement content
  • Build brand presence with enterprises, OEMs, and strategic partners
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data
  • Stay deeply connected to the product and understand the technology at a meaningful level

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, or deep-tech environments
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or computer vision (no coding required, but you must truly "get it")
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with founders or early-stage startups is a strong plus
  • Curious, proactive, and genuinely passionate about technology and innovation
  • Based in Bogotá and comfortable collaborating with a global, distributed team
