What you'll do
- Vendor Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, ensuring all required documentation, banking details, and compliance checks are accurately completed and recorded.
- Invoice Processing: Upload invoices into the finance system, ensuring coding accuracy, appropriate approvals, and timely processing in line with company policy.
- Payment Queries: Act as the first point of contact for internal teams and vendors regarding non-payment or coding inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved promptly or escalated when necessary.
- Data and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, invoice logs, and supporting documentation in accordance with internal controls and audit requirements.
What we're looking for
- Attention to Detail: Checks all information carefully when uploading invoices or vendor details to avoid errors.
- Organization: Keeps track of tasks, deadlines, and approvals to make sure payments are processed on time.
- Teamwork: Works well with others in Finance, Procurement, and Operations to solve problems and keep things running smoothly.
- Communication: Responds clearly and politely to questions from vendors and colleagues about payments or invoices.
