Misión del Cargo

Garantizar el desarrollo y la implementación de piezas digitales de alta calidad —incluyendo banners HTML5, rich media y emailings responsivos— asegurando su funcionamiento técnico, su cumplimiento con estándares de medios y su coherencia con las propuestas creativas.

El rol tiene como propósito transformar conceptos creativos en experiencias digitales funcionales y eficientes, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios y contribuyendo a la mejora continua de procesos, herramientas y capacidades del estudio.

Tus Responsabilidades

· Desarrollar campañas de rich media y banners display. Entender el plan de medios desde el inicio hasta el final.

· Construir emailings responsivos que cumplan con los estándares requeridos.

· Trabajar con los equipos Creativos y Técnicos para asegurar la viabilidad del diseño frente a limitaciones técnicas.

· Contribuir a la mejora continua de metodologías y estándares de desarrollo.

· Crear prototipos rápidos y ayudar a construir nuevas capacidades participando en proyectos adicionales.

· Ser organizado y autosuficiente, capaz de trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

· Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Habilidades Requeridas

· 3-5 años de experiencia en agencias digitales, creativas o de medios.

· Excelentes habilidades en HTML/HTML5, JavaScript y CSS.

· Experiencia construyendo anuncios display en HTML5 y familiaridad con plataformas de Rich Media.

· Es necesario tener experiencia con proveedores como DoubleClick, Flash Talking y Sizmek.

· Dominio del paquete Adobe, incluyendo After Effects para animaciones básicas de video.

· Ser un jugador de equipo apasionado, capaz también de trabajar de forma independiente y eficiente.

· Alto nivel de inglés hablado y escrito.
