Role Mission
We are looking for an exceptional senior engineer with deep expertise in designing, building, and scaling high-performance applications. This is a technical leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, loves solving hard problems, and takes pride in code that can survive scale, stress, and scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, modern cloud platforms).
  • Lead technical initiatives end-to-end, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and engineering excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through reviews, pair programming, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business needs into robust engineering solutions.
  • Ensure delivery under demanding timelines without sacrificing performance, security, or reliability.
  • Contribute to technical strategy, tooling, and standards that elevate the entire engineering organization.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Expert-level backend skills with strong command of cloud-native environments.
  • Mastery of modern frameworks (frontend and backend) and solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Proven history of leading high-impact projects from idea to deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Demonstrated industry excellence: GitHub portfolio, open-source contributions, published work, patents, or recognized technical achievements.
  • References from top-tier technology companies in Latin America.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
