We're Hiring Scheduler – Logistics & Back Office Support

Location: Hybrid Colombia (Medellín, Cali, Bucaramanga, Barranquilla)

Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM (COL time) with one day off

Modality: First 2 months hybrid, then fully remote

Industry: O-BOF (Back Office)

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to kickstart your career in logistics? We're looking for a Scheduler to join our team and help coordinate routes, support operations, and keep things running smoothly across transportation, warehouse, customer service, and sales.

What you'll do:
  • Create and manage route maps in WMS
  • Confirm driver availability and ETAs
  • Assign routes and send purchase orders
  • Quote loads with brokers and monitor route status
  • Support cross-departmental coordination and reporting
What we're looking for:
  • B2 English level
  • Higher education preferred (engineering or administrative fields)
  • Experience as Dispatcher or in logistics (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with WMS, TMS, GPS, and digital coordination tools
