Senior Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to lead and strengthen the security posture of our AWS and GCP environments. You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust security solutions for cloud-based infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security innovation.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce cloud security best practices across AWS and GCP environments
• Manage IAM roles, policies, permissions, and Service Control Policies (SCPs) to ensure enterprise-wide security governance
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in authentication, authorization, encryption, containerized, and serverless environments on AWS and GCP
• Conduct comprehensive security reviews of cloud infrastructure to detect and address misconfigurations
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts (Python preferred) for continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response
• Secure containerized platforms such as Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes, as well as serverless applications, using runtime security controls
• Utilize security tools including CSPM, runtime security, API security, SIEM, GuardDuty, and Inspector for proactive monitoring and remediation
• Provide guidance to teams on cloud security best practices, IAM governance, and secure DevOps processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud security engineering or a related field
• Hands-on experience with AWS CloudHSM for managing hardware security modules and protecting cryptographic keys
• Strong DevOps skills for integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and automating cloud security processes
• Proficiency in Kubernetes for securing container orchestration and managing security policies
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level or higher) and experience in direct client or stakeholder communications
