We are currently looking for a Senior Project Controls, who can do job onsite.
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver, maintain and manage Project Services deliverables for projects, this includes implementing standard and robust Project Services tools, procedures and work processes reflecting the assessed risk parameters for each project. The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.
QualificationsExperience:
- Delivering Project Controls across construction projects with experience on construction, infrastructure projects and plants mounting on site.
- Experience in Primavera P6 and Ms Project – baseline development, schedule update, resource loading, S curve development, early and late curve analysis, float analysis and construction quantities tracking (10 years).
- Experience in Cost Control – WBS development, cost tracking, budget vs.committed vs.forecast, cost report(10 years).
- Management report – weekly and monthly summary report, KPI indicators (SPI-CPI-EAC-ETC)
- Risk management experience.
- Experience in change management.
- Experience in cost estimation
- Tools: Ms Project, Primavera P6, PowerBi
- Spanish and English skills (mandatory)
- Development of detailed project plans of the Master Schedule.
- Manage key inputs including task lists, logic, milestones, resources, calendars from design phases through to construction.
- Monitor trends and analyze schedule impacts with the project team.
- Prepare status reports.
- Ensure standards, formats and timeframes are maintained.
- Re-base line the schedule when required.
- Ability to transport to site.
Education/Qualifications:
- Skilled in oral and written communication (English and Spanish)
- Proficiency with PC operating systems, with proficiency in several basic software applications.
- Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications, for example Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes.
- Knowledge of engineering, architecture projects and construction management.
- Availability to travel and move around cities.
- Engineering or Architecture degree is desired, with experience in construction projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Good communication, written and oral.
- Problem solving and leadership skills.
- The ideal candidate is someone analytic, organized, self-start
