En el puesto de Customer Support Analyst en Galilea, serás responsable de gestionar consultas, resolver problemas técnicos, y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente a través de un servicio eficiente y profesional. Desempeñarás un papel clave en la comunicación con los clientes, ayudando con la resolución de incidencias y brindando apoyo donde sea necesario. Este es un puesto a jornada completa, y se trata de un puesto híbrido, por lo que trabajarás desde Bogotá, D.C., con la flexibilidad de realizar parte de las tareas desde casa.

Requisitos

  • Capacidades sólidas en atención al cliente y satisfacción de los usuarios para ofrecer soporte de calidad y resolver dudas de manera efectiva.
  • Habilidades analíticas para evaluar y solucionar problemas de manera lógica y proactiva.
  • Conocimientos en soporte técnico y resolución de incidencias relacionadas con productos o servicios tecnológicos.
  • Es deseable contar con habilidades destacadas de comunicación, paciencia y empatía en el trato con clientes.
