Mid-Level Application Support Analyst
to provide
L2 support
for our e-commerce platform and help ensure reliable, high-quality service.


What you'll be doing:

  • Provide L2 application support for an e-commerce platform
  • Monitor queues, investigate incidents, and resolve order-related issues
  • Write and analyze
    SQL queries
    to generate actionable insights
  • Improve efficiency through
    automation and process documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams across
    Oracle, SAP, Jira, Jenkins, Glassbox, and Azure
  • Support deployments and post-deployment activities
  • Participate in problem management and continuous improvement initiatives


What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in application support or similar roles
  • Strong
    SQL
    and data analysis skills
  • Experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with
    Oracle, SAP, Jira, Jenkins, and Azure
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills


Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of
    Glassbox
    or similar customer experience monitoring tools
  • Exposure to
    Azure, CI/CD pipelines
    , and Agile methodologies
