SP&A Growth & Merchants Team - Play a key role in shaping Rappi's growth by driving budget planning, reallocating capital to the highest-impact initiatives, and supporting strategic decisions with strong analytical insights

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Focus of support: Overall growth planning + growth squads

- Lead financial planning and budgeting for Growth investments, acting as a key finance partner to the business across quarterly planning cycles and weekly

- Support business teams in prioritizing and shaping key strategic initiatives, contributing to Rappi's broader growth agenda

- Collaborate closely with Growth, Operations, Assortment, and Data Science teams to gather insights and accelerate execution.

- Support capital allocation decisions in close collaboration with global and local teams — reallocating budgets weekly, unlocking additional resources when needed, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals

- Lead the development and weekly tracking of performance and capital efficiency metrics, to assess impact on growth and ensure optimal resource deployment

- Develop business cases and financial models for major initiatives, aligning with the company's financial and strategic objectives — and support other teams in doing so, elevating strategic and financial rigor across the org

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?


• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in highly analytical, strategic, or financial roles — whether in strategy, finance, or other data-driven, high-impact business functions


• Strong track record in designing and executing data analysis, driving data-informed decisions, and project management

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity and complex business challenges


• Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environments


• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, conflicting priorities, and tight timelines


• Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning, particularly in the startup and tech landscape in LatAm


• Fluent in English and Spanish


• SQL and data skills are a strong plus — or a willingness and ability to ramp up quickly
