We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is a unique opportunity for early-career professionals who are eager to grow in a high-performance environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and clarity of operational and financial data, guiding the company with rigorous and transparent analysis. This role serves as the cornerstone for Rappi's strategic decisions, offering significant responsibility and exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Bring structure and rigorous analysis to complex data, ensuring priorities and their impact are clear, and minimizing ambiguity in decision-making.
Guide the business with data, establishing clear processes for information management.
Own the "Source of Truth" (SOT) for financial and operational data, leading planning, modeling, tracking, and the preparation of Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
Create and maintain key documents including WBR Metrics, P&L and Growth Review, OKRs Review, Monthly Business Review, and Weekly Rappi Overview.
Support strategic decisions and ad-hoc analysis for General Managers (GMs), C-level executives, and other teams.
Democratize data, making complex information accessible and actionable across the organization.
Be responsible for the curation and validation of information in automated documents.
Work tools for non-technical users.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills (required).
Strong SQL skills
Advanced business acumen
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas to non-financial stakeholders.
Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in cross-cultural or regional teams is a strong plus.
English proficiency (spoken and written).
