About Us
We're a growing startup studio focused on building, launching, and scaling new ventures across digital commerce, consumer products, services, and emerging tech. We operate like a hybrid between a creative agency, product lab, and small venture studio, moving fast, experimenting constantly, and supporting early-stage businesses while building our own.
We're looking for a sharp, proactive Studio Associate to become the operational backbone of our studio. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves getting things done, and wants to grow alongside a team building multiple ventures simultaneously.
Strong English writing ability and a touch of creative instinct are important in this role.
Role Overview
As an Assistant/Associate in our startup studio, you will play a central role in driving our business forward. You'll support outbound client outreach, manage and organize digital projects, help with research, coordinate meetings and communication, and assist with day-to-day tasks that keep the studio running.
You will work directly with the founders and often operate as the first point of contact for potential partners and clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and eager to grow into a more strategic position over time. Creative chops, whether in crafting, shaping, or adding to designs or text are a strong plus. Because of the communication-heavy nature of the work, excellent English is non-negotiable.

● Exceptionally strong English writing and communication skills
● Creative instincts; able to craft, refine, or elevate language, designs, or ideas
● Highly organized with strong attention to detail
● Comfortable with outreach, communication, and writing messages
● Strong research ability
● Reliable execution and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
● Able to work US business hours or close to them
● Able to leverage AI in their daily workflow to increase quality and speed of work
Nice-to-Haves
● Prior experience in a startup, agency, or similar fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
● Experience with client communication or coordination
● Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, strategy, product, or digital marketing
● Basic design, operations, or project management exposure
