Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades Específicas:

  • Proactivamente identificar las necesidades tecnológicas de cada unidad y gestionar la correcta entrega de las soluciones de IT a estas necesidades.
  • Reunirse periódicamente con los diferentes stakeholders de la unidad para entender las metas específicas de dicha unidad.
  • En base a las necesidades de la unidad, generar requerimientos tecnológicos para ser resueltos por el equipo de IT.
  • Ser el principal punto de comunicación entre la unidad y los equipos de IT.
  • En conjunto con la unidad, priorizar los diferentes proyectos de la unidad a desarrollar en IT.
  • Facilitar que todos los proyectos pasen por las etapas necesarias de aprobación.
  • Asegurar la correcta documentación del proyecto.
  • Alinear y garantizar que los proyectos estén en línea con la estrategia de la compañía.
Requisitos

Formación académica:

Ingeniero de Sistemas o afines.

Preferible Posgrado en Gestión de proyectos.

Experiencia:

De 2 a 4 años de experiencia liderando proyectos transversales. Con conocimiento en herramientas de planificación y metodologías agiles.

Conocimientos técnicos:

Conocimiento en metodologías agiles.

Idiomas: No aplica.

Información adicional

Horario: Lunes a viernes

Modalidad: Presencial inicialmente. Posteriormente presenta opción de migrar a un modelo hibrido. 

Salario: COP 

Contrato obra o labor por 6 meses inicialmente. Opción de pasar con contrato indefinido de acuerdo a desempeño.
