We're looking for a
Business Analyst,

who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals. This role is all about driving new business — identifying prospects, starting smart conversations, and connecting potential clients with our creative vision.

If you're a natural charmer, know your way around the world of branding and marketing, and can win people over in a single call — this is your role.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers to understand their brand and content needs.
  • Advise potential clients on the right services for their goals, from branding to multi-channel content production.
  • Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to the creative and content teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently.
  • Support the leadership team in refining sales processes and strategies.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development position in a creative agency, marketing, or B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of branding, content production, and creative services.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage a portfolio of potential clients.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
