- Brindar soporte técnico y funcional de primer nivel a usuarios internos y externos.
- Gestionar solicitudes, requerimientos e incidentes garantizando continuidad operativa y altos niveles de servicio.
- Contribuir a la mejora continua y generar experiencias positivas para nuestros clientes.
Lo que buscamos:
Formación técnica o tecnológica en sistemas, redes, telecomunicaciones, desarrollo de software o áreas afines.
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en soporte técnico o roles similares.
Actitud proactiva, orientación al servicio y habilidades para resolver problemas.
