Requisitos de idioma
- Inglés / Español
Responsabilidades
- Brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel (L1) en la nube: consultas, incidencias y troubleshooting.
- Colaborar con el equipo de back-end para identificar necesidades clave y bugs, impulsando la optimización de productos.
- Utilizar herramientas de
Alibaba Cloud
para prevenir riesgos en sistemas críticos.
Experiencia y habilidades
- +1 año en desarrollo, soporte, operación y mantenimiento en
cloud computing
o IT. - Conocimiento de
Linux/Windows
, redes y protocolo
TCP/IP
. - Manejo de al menos una base de datos (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Especialización en alguna de estas áreas: sistemas, redes, bases de datos, contenedores, seguridad, almacenamiento, big data, middleware, desarrollo o SRE.
- Pensamiento crítico, iniciativa y perseverancia para resolver problemas complejos.
