Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our real estate investment team. In this role, you aren't just selling—you're buying. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their properties quickly for cash.
This is a fast-paced, "high-pressure" sales environment where you will turn warm inbound leads into signed contracts.
The Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,000 – $2,250 USD per month (based on experience).
- Commissions: 1% – 3% of deal value (Uncapped).
- Performance Bonuses: $100 per signed contract + quarterly bonuses for hitting KPIs.
- Payment Method: Weekly/Monthly via Payoneer or Zelle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Response: Immediately follow up with "warm" inbound leads generated via Google Ads.
- Negotiation: Build rapport with homeowners, understand their motivation, and negotiate fair cash offers.
- Market Analysis: Perform basic property research to determine offer prices.
- Closing: Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM and drive deals to a signed contract.
- Goal Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, offers, and contracts.
Qualified Candidate Profile
- Location: Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
- English Fluency: Native or near-native level with little to no accent (this is a high-level negotiation role).
- Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales success. Real estate experience is a major plus but not required if you are a "closer."
- Schedule: Must be available to work during US business hours (EST/CST).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (like Podio, HubSpot, or Salesforce) and basic office software.
