Role Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Automation Developer (English/Spanish)
with
2 to 4 years of experience
,
based in Colombia
, to join our growing automation team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for U.S.-based clients using leading RPA and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end automation workflows using
    Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate
    .
  • Integrate automations with
    APIs
    , databases, and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and optimize bots for performance and reliability.
  • Document automation processes and adhere to governance and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with
    Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Power Automate
    .
  • Experience in
    API integration
    (REST, JSON, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of automation lifecycle, error handling, and deployment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (B2+ or higher)
    – must be able to work directly with U.S. clients.
  • Must be
    currently living in Colombia
    .
  • Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous learning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    AI/ML components
    , including Document Understanding and NLP.
  • Knowledge of
    Python, SQL
    , or cloud platforms (Oracle, Azure, or AWS).
  • Familiarity with
    Agile methodologies
    and CI/CD environments.
