About the Role
We're looking for a
multidisciplinary designer
with a strong sense of branding and digital design — someone who can conceptualize and bring to life visual identities for luxury real estate projects.
You'll collaborate with our marketing and development teams to craft and roll out cohesive visual systems across print, digital, and interactive media. You'll also work on adapting brand assets to
web platforms and marketing interfaces
developed by Pureblink.
Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling brand identities, visuals, and digital assets aligned with each project's strategy.
- Develop
brand identities
and
key visuals
for real estate projects.
- Create and adapt
360° marketing campaigns
across OOH, social media, print, and digital platforms.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as
brochures, hoardings, signage, social media ads, and email marketing assets
.
- Generate
assets for websites and UI interfaces
, ensuring brand consistency and optimal usability.
- Edit and integrate
branding assets within UI interfaces
of a proprietary
marketing product
owned by Pureblink.
- Design or adapt
websites and user interfaces
that reflect and extend brand identities.
- Use
AI tools
(MidJourney, ChatGPT, NanoBanana, etc.) as part of your creative process to ideate, visualize, and enhance campaign materials.
- Participate in all phases of creative development — from concept and design to final delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years
of experience in design and art direction (agency, studio, or brand side).
- Strong
portfolio
showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital design projects.
- Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
, especially
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe XD
.
- Knowledge of
web design principles
and experience adapting brand systems to UI frameworks.
- Proven ability to use
AI tools
as part of your creative workflow (prompting, refining visuals, generating imagery).
- Strong attention to detail, structured work habits, and a passion for clean, consistent design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines collaboratively.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized — your files and layers are clean and consistent.
- Adaptable and open-minded — comfortable navigating changing priorities.
- Enthusiastic about new technologies, creative experimentation, and visual storytelling.
Nice to Have
- English level:
B2 or higher.
- Experience with
UX design and strategy
(wireframes, user personas, sitemaps).
- Advanced
prototyping
in Adobe XD across multiple breakpoints.
- Experience with
real estate marketing and digital sales tools
.
