Position: CSR and Track and trace - Logistics

Salary: $ all legal benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Bogotá, Colombia (Barrio la Castellana) - On site (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and track freight shipments in real time. Coordinate with CSRs and dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries. Provide proactive updates and communication regarding load status. Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and tracking platforms. Resolve in-transit issues with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Requirements:

Advanced English proficiency

Previous experience in logistics or transportation (Track & Trace preferred).

Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems ("TMS")

Excellent multitasking skills.

Attention to detail.

Effective verbal and listening communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in administrative and documentation procedures.

Professionalism.

Proactivity and organizational skills.

HOS basic knowledge.
