Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounts Payable Specialist role located in Bogota, D.C. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing expense reports, performing journal entries, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The role also involves analyzing financial data and assisting with finance-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and managing Journal Entries in Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and Finance-related processes
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to problem-solve and identify trends
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles is preferred
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is strongly recommended
