AECOM is seeking for an experienced Construction Manager for employment in Bogota, Colombia.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides overall management of administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provides technical direction, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Manages one or more complex projects, involving a combination of the following:
  • Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
  • Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
  • Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
• Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field
• 4+ years of experience in construction or construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Experienced in corporate tenant improvement 
• Experienced in MEP construction 
• Fluent in English /Spanish.

Preferred Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction or construction management
• PMP Certification
