Position Overview: HomeCare Scheduler/Coordinator Agent
The PCA coordinator is responsible for the program maintenance and account management of the Personal Care Assistants (PCA) who work for the company.
Coordinating patient care - Communicating with clients, Managing cases, and confirming visits.
Day to Day basics - returning voicemails and texts that came after hours, emails, etc for any pressing matters
Managing payroll - Making sure payroll is on time
Make sure visits are being entered ahead of time
Checking EVV dashboard and requesting timesheets when necessary (Making sure all caregivers are using EVV)
Daily Agenda: Working off internal HomeCare reports. Follow up until completed
Maintenance - Calling all their patients on a monthly basis and documenting
