About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Events Specialist to lead the planning and execution of corporate and client events. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.

What are we looking for?

As a Event Specialist, you will be able to:

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics.
  • Oversee event branding and technology setup.
  • Prepare post-event reports and ROI analysis.
  • Develop contingency plans and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 8 years of experience in event management.
  • Strong negotiation and project management skills.
  • Previous experience in the financial or insurance sector is highly preferred.
  • Problem-solving under pressure, negotiation skills, time management.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial or insurance marketing.
  • Ability to create content aligned with industry standards and sensitive topics.
  • Knowledge of event technology platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, etc.).
  • Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar certification preferred.
