We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized 
Pre-Billing Agent
to join our team
in Bogotá
. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, supporting financial operations, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing billing documentation prior to final submission.
  • Verify service records, time entries, and supporting data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing compliance.
  • Maintain organized records and support audit processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency within the billing cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in 
    billing, accounting, or payroll
    .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Currently residing in 
    Bogotá
     and available to work 
    on-site
    .
