Pre-Billing Agent
to join our team

. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, supporting financial operations, and maintaining compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing billing documentation prior to final submission.
- Verify service records, time entries, and supporting data for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing compliance.
- Maintain organized records and support audit processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency within the billing cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Background in
billing, accounting, or payroll
. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Currently residing in
Bogotá
and available to work
on-site
