Broker Manager

We are seeking a highly advanced and strategic professional to lead
inland brokerage operations in Mexico, the United States, and Canada
. This position will serve as the
second-in-command in Colombia
, based in Ibagué, with significant responsibility for team management, process optimization, and operational execution in container movements (FTL, LTL, Drayage).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 people.
• Oversee inland brokerage operations across MX, USA, and CAN.
• Ensure efficiency in FTL, LTL, and Drayage processes.
• Implement continuous improvements and strategic solutions in dynamic environments.
• Manage reports, data centers, and operational tools.
• QA Support:
  Ensure process quality and compliance with standards.
• Coaching:
  Train and mentor staff to enhance performance.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address operational incidents and propose effective solutions.
• Growth & Goals:
  Drive the team toward achieving sales and efficiency targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management (minimum 2 years).
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, inland brokerage, or international transportation.
• Availability to relocate to or reside in Ibagué (
  100% on-site position
  ).
• English proficiency: C1/C2 level.
• Advanced skills in Excel and office tools.
• Knowledge of DAT, TRUCKSTOP, TMS, and CRM platforms.
• No specific university degree required.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Colombia time), with schedule flexibility depending on operational needs.
• Plus:
  Valid U.S. visa.

Benefits

• Monthly performance bonus: USD $500 – $700 based on goal achievement.
