IT Talent Recruiter | Based in Bogotá

Contract: 3 months (possible extension based on performance)

Location: Bogotá – Mostly Remote (occasional meetings in a coworking space in Bogotá)

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM EST

Role Description:

As an IT Talent Recruiter , you'll be the driving force behind our ability to match world-class technical talent to meaningful roles. Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-led environment, you'll be part of a focused pod—each aligned to specific segments of our marketplace (AI NYC/SF, Remote, Scale-up, Trials, Retention). Your role will involve sourcing, qualifying, and activating candidates against high-priority live roles. You'll work reactively to build highly relevant shortlists, prioritising quality and impact over volume—while also owning the setup and execution of AI-led persona sourcing where roles are light.

What You'll Do:

1. Sourcing & Qualification:
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, internal DB, Boolean, and AI tooling. Screen candidates for live, qualified roles across your assigned pod. Create compelling job briefs for each of your 4 priority roles. React quickly to new or evolving role requirements with targeted candidate pipelines. Where live roles are light, execute AI persona sourcing to keep pipelines healthy.

2. Engagement & Conversion:
Conduct high-quality, consultative qualification calls aligned to role and company specifics. Ensure each candidate is fully informed, prepared, and excited about potential matches. Tailor outreach messaging to maximise response rate and candidate engagement.

3. Platform Activation:
Ensure all sourced candidates are Live on the platform, with accurate, complete profiles. Drive sign-ups and support activation workflows where needed. Act as the candidate's guide through early stages of the company experience.

4. Performance & Ownership:
Own your performance daily via clear KPIs and impact-driven goals. Be accountable for outcomes: quality of candidates sourced, sign-ups driven, and shortlist impact. Attend daily stand-ups, contribute updates, surface blockers, and share insight.


What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical roles (IT, software engineering, etc.).
  • Demonstrate technical literacy — you don't need to code, but know the basics of roles (e.g., front-end vs. back-end, AWS vs. Azure, SQL vs. NoSQL).
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, AI matching).
  • Understanding of recruitment workflows & candidate experience best practices.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal). B2-C1
  • Proactive, agile, and impact-driven mindset.
