At TP, we're looking for a Recruitment Analyst with a B2 English level to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the full hiring cycle, making sure staffing needs are met efficiently and on time. ??

Role summary:

You'll be responsible for evaluating, selecting, and delivering the right talent for our operations, clients, or internal teams, based on defined and agreed profiles.

What you'll do:

Manage assigned staffing requests from Operations, clients, or internal areas.

Evaluate candidates through assessments and individual or group interviews

Stay in constant communication with Operations and Training teams for follow-ups and scheduling.

Coordinate documentation, pre-employment medical exams, and onboarding processes ??

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and process standards.

Present job offers and clearly explain employment terms and expectations.

Support contract signing and onboarding of new hires ??

Keep recruitment processes aligned with local and global policies.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify improvement opportunities.

Apply best practices in Recruitment & Selection (R&S).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 3 months of experience in recruitment and selection.

Experience in technology recruitment

English level B2 (upper intermediate).

Strong communication, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and results-oriented skills.
